Customers must understand and acknowledge that our fees shall not be amended/ altered nor shall any exemptions be made in this regard. The fee mentioned on the website is final subject to applicable discounts mentioned on the website. Customers are entitled to make payment for the Company’s products and programs through online payment modes/Links shared by our employees.

- A refund request will be deemed valid only if it is made through an email to [email protected] or a call to our helpline number: +1 (415) 800-3422 . The refund will be made into the source account.
- If at any time you feel dissatisfied with the service, please reach out to our Customer Engagement Manager (CEM). We will do our best to address your concerns. If you still decide to discontinue the service and cancel the subscription, Education10X offers a ‘No questions asked’ pro-rated refund. The refund will be made into the source account.
If you purchase a 10 classes subscription plan for $100 at a discount of 10% & pay $90 and you decide to discontinue the service after 3 classes, you are eligible for refund:

Cost of (10-3) classes =
Cost of 7 classes
(As per calculations, Fee per class = $90 with 10% discount) Thus, (90 x 7)
= INR $63
Thus, the customer is eligible for a refund of $63
Note: This instance mentioned is merely an example. The minimum classes offered are 12 classes (Foundation Course). Once the refund has been initiated, the refund amount is expected to reflect as per the payment method. For Credit cards/ Debit cards/ other modes: Refund will be processed on the same day & is expected to be credited in 5 - 7 business days
Note: If the customer has availed EMI options, refund will be done based on the EMI installment(s) paid, including surcharges and other fees applicable.
*Refunds timelines and taxes (if applicable) depend on Bank turnaround times and Central bank guidelines.
